What Is Therapeutic & Wellbeing Support?
Therapeutic & Wellbeing Support helps individuals build the skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, and engage more effectively with wider assessments and interventions. It complements clinical therapy by strengthening stability, reflection, and participation. Using trauma‑informed, recovery‑aware, and mind–body approaches, sessions may include guided relaxation, wellbeing activities, reflective exercises, and gentle movement to support grounding and emotional balance.
Commissioning & Referrals
DSS Collective delivers Family Time Supervision through formal commissioning arrangements with local authorities. We do not accept direct referrals from families.

Grounding & Stabilisation Techniques
We teach accessible grounding strategies that help individuals manage distress, reconnect with their environment, and maintain emotional steadiness during challenging moments or high‑stress situations.
Regulated Movement Practices
Gentle, structured movement is used to support mind–body integration, reduce tension, and promote emotional release in a safe, contained way. All movement work is adapted to individual need and delivered within clear professional boundaries.
