About Us
DSS COLLECTIVE
Compassionate Care. Collaborative Practice. Proven Impact.
Founded in 2024, DSS Collective has grown from a dedicated children and family provider into a leading health and social care organisation serving communities across the North West. We specialise in delivering bespoke, trauma-informed support to families navigating complex challenges — from safeguarding concerns to behavioural interventions and supervised contact.
Why We Do What We Do
Why We Do What We Do
We are a women-led collective driven by purpose, compassion, and a shared commitment to healing. Our team includes mental health practitioners, educators, safeguarding leads, recovery coaches, legal professionals, and creative specialists — all united by a belief in the power of safe, person-centred care.
We work in close partnership with local authorities, commissioners, and multi-agency teams to ensure every intervention is meaningful, measurable, and aligned with the child’s best interests.
Our Approach
Guided by Values, Grounded in Practice
At DSS Collective, our approach is rooted in values that shape every aspect of our work. We are person-centred, ensuring that every decision begins with the individual and reflects their unique needs through active listening and holistic support. We are aspirational, celebrating progress and embedding a culture of excellence across our services. Trust is fundamental to how we operate — we are transparent, socially driven, and committed to integrity in all we do. Collaboration is key; we build strong, meaningful relationships with families, professionals, and partners to achieve shared outcomes. And we are always learning — continuously reflecting, adapting, and improving to ensure our support remains responsive, effective, and grounded in real-world experience.
